Commercial Fire & Water Damage in Jackson, NJ
The fire in this commercial building was started in the next door unit. None of the fire affected this unit but the water from the fire department affected the unit that SERVPRO of Marlboro / Tinton Falls was called into. There was damage to the floor, suspended ceiling tiles and drywall (walls). Air movers and dehumidifiers were set up after the drywall was removed. The flooring didn't come out until we received approval from the adjuster it was going to be approved. Once approval was given we removed the flooring and dried the sub-floor and then replaced the flooring. There was no loss of business during this process. We worked at night and during the weekend.
