Jose Dasilva is the Co-Owner of SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls. Jose brings with him over 20 years of business experience within the industry he knew there was a great need for providing these types of services to our community 365 days a year. Jose holds his general contractors license and many certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration , Water Damage Restoration Technician/Applied, Advanced Microbial Remediation Technician, Odor Control Technician, Lead Abatement, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Technician, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, Carpet Cleaning Technician.

Jason Ryan, Co-Owner

Jason Ryan is the Co-Owner of SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls. Jason brings with him over 20 years of construction and over 8 years in the restoration industry. Jason and Jose knew there was a great need for providing these types of services to our community 365 days a year so they decided to go into business together. Jason holds his general contractors license and many certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration , Water Damage Restoration Technician/Applied, Advanced Microbial Remediation Technician, Odor Control Technician, Lead Abatement, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Technician, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, Carpet Cleaning Technician. Jason believes in giving our customers the best services they deserve in their time of need no matter what time of day it is.

Jeff Hornlein, SMR

Jeff Hornlien is one of our Marketing Representatives here at SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls and he has completed our SERVPRO Employee Training Program. This program teaches the advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment which helps him explain to our potential clients our services.  Jeff has been with SERVPRO going on 9 years now and he has completed the water damage restoration (WRT), fire and smoke damage restoration (FSRT) and odor control (OCT) .  These certifications are given to professional restoration technicians after going through the IICRC training and testing.  Jeff takes his work and caring for customers very serious.  If a call comes in at 2:00 am from a customer Jeff will be right there to help them out and get the resources needed to mitigate the situation.  Jeff also in his spare time likes to entertain fans by playing the guitar in his band. 

Donna Germadnig, Office Manager

Donna is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls and can assist you with you loss be it water, fire or mold. Donna has been with SERVPRO since 2013 and knows firsthand how to help make your loss process as smooth as possible. Donna has completed the SERVPRO Industries Employment Certification Training Program (ECTP): Crew Training, Fire, Water, and Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning.

Rachel Pullham, Estimator/Admin

Rachel Pullham is our estimator/office administrator here at SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls. Rachel brings with her over 5 years of business experience within the industry and over 24 years of customer service back ground. Rachel has several certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician and has completed the SERVPRO Industries Employment Certification Training Program (ECTP): Crew Training, Fire, Water, and Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning.

Landy Acevedo Production Technician

Landy Acevedo is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls. Landy's strong drive and attention to detail makes him a valued team member. He has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers’ expectations.

Don Zalewski Production Technician

Don Zalewski is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls.  As a professional restoration technician Don understands the need for quick response. Immediate remediation is key to controlling any escalating costs.  Don has several years of experience in the industry and always has the customers best interest in mind.  As a employee of SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls Don is always looking to exceed our customers’ expectations. 

Brandon Albornoz Production Technician

Brandon Albornoz has come to us from another SERVPRO down south.  He has been in the SERVPRO system for about 2 years.  With this experience Brandon has been a great addition to our franchise.  We are very optimistic Brandon will grow with our company and achieve great things.  SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls has received nothing but praise about Brandon’s work habits on jobs.  Brandon has a great attitude towards his job and our customers. 

Chase Baser Production Technician

Chase Baker is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls.  Chase lives in Monmouth County and is available 24 hours a day for water emergency extraction.  Chase has been with SERVPRO since 2018, he came to us from a SERVPRO franchise in Michigan.  He has several years of experience in water restoration.  His efficiency on the jobs and willingness to go above and beyond has left a positive impression on our customers and he is a great influence on our other technicians.
