Water Damage In Kendal Park, NJ Due To A Ice Maker Line

During our initial call from this insured they informed us the water loss was from their ice maker line.  It affected to levels of the home causing damage to the hardwood floors in the living and dining room, tile floors in the kitchen, carpet and padding in the basement.  There was drywall, insulation and baseboards affected too.  During accessing the loss we came across a small amount of mold which we remediated right on the spot.  Most insurances allow us to take care of mold as long as it's less then 10 sf, which this was.  Once the wet materials were removed we set up the appropriate equipment for drying and informed the customer we would be back the next 3 days to ensure the structure was drying to goal.  SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls is here for you, if you are in need of water clean up services.
