Water Mitigation In Englishtown, NJ

SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls received the call from the unit owner below that they had a water loss from this unit above.  Here was an unoccupied unit and proper heating was the cause of loss resulting in a broken pipe.  The pipe burst right through the wall leaving a dime size hole.  In this unit it affected just one room but below it affected the bathroom, bedroom closet, bedroom, hallway and hall closet.  In the origin unit padding and baseboard was removed.  The lower unit had drywall, padding, insulation and baseboard removed.  This unit was occupied so they had contents that need to be relocated to other areas of the unit.  The loss units insurance paid for the loss and the insured was only responsible for the deductible.
