Apartment Building Sewer Backup in, Asbury Park, NJ

The apartment building suffered a sewer backup in Asbury Park, NJ.  This was a true definition of backup.  During the backup the entire 1st floor of the apartment was affected.  Once we arrived on scene we proceeded to put on our PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) on and began to extract the sewage.  Once all the sewage was cleaned up we sprayed ant-microbial so we could start to remove drywall and start the drying process.  We had air movers and dehumidifiers on location and removed 1' of drywall around the perimeter of the floor.  This apartment was the only one effected so that was good for the owners.  Once complete we removed our equipment.  The owner had their own maintenance workers to do the rebuild.
