Water Damage Caused By Frozen Pipes in Staten Island, NY

During the cold spell the northeast encountered during January and February 2018 there were frozen pipes busting everywhere.  SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls was called by the homeowner to come out to this loss in Staten Island, NY.  The homeowners were referred to us by the insurance adjuster.  This was one of our smaller losses during the freeze but still important to us.  Our technicians arrived and determined that a living room and kitchen were affected.  Carpets were pulled and minimal drywall removed.  The customer’s home was dried and ready for rebuild in 3 days, once dry we removed the equipment and moved onto the next loss.
