Water Damage caused by the A/C Unit in Ocean Grove, NJ

When the homeowner came home they found that their air condition unit line had froze and then when it defrosted it burst the line.  They immediately called SERVPRO of Marlboro Tinton Falls and we came out after our to clean up the mess.  The homeowner was concerned about the carpet because it was new and didn't want to have to get rid of it, we informed her that the carpet can be dried and saved.  The drywall, baseboard and carpet padding had to be removed but we did save the carpet.  Since the customer had to work late, we accommodated her for after hour reading, which she was thankful for.
