Water Damage in Neptune, NJ

This flooded basement in Neptune, NJ was cause by a broken water pipe that went undetected for about 3 days.  Once the customer realized what happened they gave us (SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls) a call to come in mitigate the water loss.  Once on scene we evaluated the loss and went over the process with the homeowner.  In the before picture you can see that there was a lot of water damage to the carpets.  We needed to remove the carpet and carpet pad and drywall and baseboard.  Drying equipment was set up and we allowed the equipment to run for 3 days.
