Commercial Water Loss in Ocean, NJ

The commercial water loss in Ocean, NJ was caused by a toilet line on the second floor of the building causing damage to the second and first floors.  When the owners came into work in the morning they found the water damage.  SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls was called to mitigate the loss once on scene the employees had already started the demo on the loss.  There was damage to the wall, floors, ceilings, and contents.  During the loss the insurance was informed and they will be paying for the loss.  Once the job was complete we got all necessary paperwork signed and submitted to the insurance for payment.
