Water Damage Caused By Frozen Pipe, In Neptune, NJ

During our winter blast SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls was called into this loss.  The unit was unoccupied and the heat wasn't set to a high enough temperature so the pipe froze and when it began to warm up the pipe burst.  In order for us to gain access the fire department had to go through a storage room wall to get into the unit.  Our technicians had to remove drywall, baseboard and laminate flooring.  Drying equipment was set for 3 days and removed.  The loss also affected the next door neighbors house.  SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls Also performed mitigation service on that unit.  We never got to meet the owner of this unit but they were very please with our work.  SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls is ready to help you with your water mitigation needs.
