Black Mold in Tinton Fall, NJ

The homeowner of this loss was recommend to us by a friend of theirs that we perform work for.  Once we (SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls) were called in the homeowner informed us they had mold in the crawlspace.  During inspection we did notice the area they were speaking of so we informed the homeowner that the area should be tested to ensure that it was truly mold but that was up to them.  They were good with us to just perform services as if it was a mold job.  So we gave the homeowner the estimate and then began work two days later.  The area was very small so it only took us a half of a day to complete the work.
