Mold in Manalapan, NJ

This mold loss happened in the attic in Manalapan, NJ.  SERVPRO of Marlboro / Tinton Falls were called by the customer to remediate the mold in the attic.  The mold seemed to be caused by a leak from roof damage.  The customer had the area testing before remediation to confirm it was mold.  We set up a air scrubber and contained the stair area so not contaminate other areas of the home.  We cleaned the affected area, sprayed anti-microbial and encapsulated the affected area.  After finishing the mold remediation the homeowner had the attic tested again.  Once the attic came back with a all clear we received final payment from the homeowner and all 10's on our Certificate of Satisfaction.
