Crawl Space Mold in Ocean, NJ

The owners of this home had a home inspection performed during the purchase.  During the inspection they found mold in the crawl space.  The damage was cause by water intruding from the outside porch area for some time.  During the remediation process we had a dehumidifier running because there was also water in the crawl space, an air scrubber was set up too.  The remediation process took us 2 1/2 days being it was a large crawl space and we let the dehumidifier run a little bit longer to ensure it was completely dry in the crawl space.  The owner since then has closed on their house.
