Frozen Pipe Damage in Bradley Beach, NJ

During one of our freeze periods of the winter this home required our services.  One of the water pipes had froze then once thawed burst.  There were contents affected but they were salvageable.  We had the extract water and remove drywall fro this home.  Air movers and dehumidifiers were place to dry.  It took us 3 full days to dry the structure.  The homeowners insurance paid for the entire loss minus their deductible.  We were able to provide the homeowner with an estimate and services for the rebuild which they used us.  They have since used us on another loss.
