Commercial Cat 3 Water Damage in South River, NJ

SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls was called into a water loss in South River, NJ. Upon arrival our owner was surprised to what he was seeing. Never had he seen a loss of sludge water source as this. Apparently, there had been a slow leak going on for quite a while and the result was 30,500 gallons of sludge water being removed. After the pump out of the water the entire basement was cleaned and disinfected with our SERVPRO products. Our technicians were on site for several days to ensure the loss was properly mitigated. We were in full ppe (Personal Protection Equipment) for this cat 3 loss, during the middle of the summer. SERVPRO of Marlboro/Tinton Falls took every precaution to make sure all technicians working were safe. We don’t see losses like this type all the time, but we are ready when they do come in.
