During recent rainstorms we received a call from a commercial apartment complex that had flooded. Once on site our technicians evaluated the loss and came up with the best course of action. Once the basements of the apartments were pumped out, we needed to place drying equipment and spray anti-microbial. Our technicians encountered and issue of placing equipment because of the lack of power on site. The lack of power caused us to have to place less equipment and had to dry for longer. The property manager was incredibly happy with our service and has called us back on other losses. We look forward to a long-lasting relationship with the property manager.
